Covid 19 Precautions
We are excited and eagerly anticipate sharing family gatherings with you!
We don’t want our excitement to overshadow our collective reality, however, and want to ensure our family and friends stay as safe as possible - especially when dealing with the fluid Covid-19 environment.
With any event where people gather, attendees are at risk for exposure to Covid-19. As some of our guests are more vulnerable to the risks of infection, we want to do all we can to keep the environment as safe as it can be for an event of this size.
The most current CDC studies and reviews show that unvaccinated people are much more likely to transmit infection to others than vaccinated people. As such, we respectfully request those who are unvaccinated to help us keep guests safe by either wearing a mask while attending the events or celebrate with us in a different forum than attending the weekend events. Masks will be optional for vaccinated guests at the weekend events.
Of course, regardless of vaccination status, if you are having any symptoms including fever, runny nose, congestion, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, body aches, loss of sense of smell or taste, please help us celebrate in a different forum than attending the weekend events. This is true even if you think you just have ‘a cold’ as Covid-19 can appear to be just ‘a cold’ to some while remaining dangerous to others.
Thank you for helping us keep everyone as safe as possible as we celebrate!
